A prospective multicenter study was performed to compare the detection sensitivity of OCT angiography and conventional dye-based angiography for vascular lesions in diabetic retinopathy, branch retinal vein occlusion and age-related macular degeneration. The results suggested that the detection sensitivity of vascular lesions with OCTA in these diseases was similar to that of conventional dye-based angiography. The details of the study will be discussed.
