The Topcon “3D Wide Glaucoma Report with VF test points (Hood Report)” is a single-page report designed to help clinicians quickly diagnosis and understand glaucomatous damage. This report is based upon a single wide-field (12 x 9 mm) scan, and includes retinal ganglion cell (RGC+) and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and probability maps, as well as a circumpapillary RNFL plot and image. The newest version aligns all eyes along the angle between the center of the disc and center of the fovea. Thus, between session variations due to head and eye torsion are corrected, which facilitates detection of progression. Here we explore three methods for detect progression. Method 1 uses the entire report and a qualitative evaluation;1 Method 2 employs a region of interest approach;2,3 while Method 3 takes advantage of state-of-the-art, convolutional neural network (CNN) architectures. 1.
