ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES
The Conference Faculty will review all free paper abstracts. First Authors will be informed whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected, by January 4th 2019.
• The Conference Faculty will then allocate accepted abstracts to either a poster or oral presentation, and authors will be informed by January 11, 2019.
• If an author does not want to present a talk, they can select ‘poster only’ when submitting their abstract. It is not possible for the author to specify ‘oral presentation’ only.
• Registration at the Conference is mandatory to be able to present at the event and be included in the Conference program. Registration via the website must be completed by January 16th, 2019.
• Decisions of the Conference Faculty are final and will not be reconsidered. This relates to their decision to accept or reject a submission, and their decision to allocate a poster or oral presentation.
